Thomas Lee is a Chartered Land Surveyor and the Managing Director of Star Vision Ltd., a professional geographic information system and land surveying consultancy firm specializing in hi-tech topographic surveying, digital photogrammetry, and satellite image analysis in the Greater Bay Area. He is one of the representatives of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Land Surveying Division, promoting 3D UAS technology in China, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and Sri Lanka under the Belt and Road initiative funded by the government under the Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme (PASS).
