Sr Annie Chu (MBA(UCEM), BSc(Hons) Surv (HKU), FHKIS, MRICS, RPS(QS), MHKIBIM, BEAM Pro, SCMN Certified Mediator) is a professional QS with over 10 years of experience in quantity surveying consultant and property developer. She is also a Co-Founder of QnS Consultancy Limited. She got an honour degree in surveying from The University of Hong Kong and is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), professional member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM), BEAM Professional and Certified Mediator. Sr Chu is also an experienced APC assessor of local professional institute.
