Mr. Ivan Cheung is the Director of AMED Consulting Limited, a construction management consultancy specialising in providing strategic procurement and contract advice, commercial and cost management services, dispute management services and NEC advisory services. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in cost and contract management and contract advisory services. He leads a specialist team to provide strategic procurement and contract advice including consultancy services on projects using NEC.

Mr. Cheung is an NEC Accredited Project Manager and a leading member in projects using NEC. He has acted as the NEC adviser for the HK government, private organizations and contractors on over 25 NEC contracts since 2006. He has given numerous well-received public seminars and in-house training workshops on NEC. Being an active NEC specialist and Users' Group member, he has been appointed by the CIC as a committee member of its NEC Task Force and has been appointed by the NEC to be the Secretary of Asia Pacific Users' Group from July 2012.
