Included are regional legislative and regulatory variations and anyone intending to implement the practices and procedures set out in this guidance should ensure the work complies with these relevant regional variations. This guidance provides best practice advice and is intended to supplement any contractual requirements, consultation with regulators or company procedures rather than replace them.
