Ir C.F. Lam

Ir C.F. LAM (BSc(Eng), BSc(Econ), MSc(EnvMan), FHKIE, MICE) is a professional civil and environmental engineer with over 30 years of experience in managing a broad spectrum of infrastructure design and construction, environmental management and pollution control. He is the first batch of Engineering EIA Professional (Eng EIA Pro) accredited by HKIE and EPD.  Apart from being an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Green Strategy Alliance, Ir Lam has also served as the Council Member, Chairman of both the Environmental Discipline Advisory Panel and Environmental Division and Member of Task Force on Pursuing Carbon Neutrality of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and Chairman of the Hong Kong Waste Management Association. Ir Lam is currently an Adjunct Professor teaching master's degree courses at The University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a sought-after speaker in various events and seminars with strong commitment in nurturing young engineers as a university mentor. He is also an experienced assessor in professional examinations of local and overseas engineering institutions.
