Joe K.F. Wu is a Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of quantity surveying and cost control experience in consultant and property developers in Hong Kong. He is one of the Co-Founder of QnS Consultancy Limited, an integrated professional consultancy firm providing Building Information Modelling, BEAM Plus green building certification, Quantity Surveying and Risk Management consultancy services in Hong Kong. Joe is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Building Modelling, the British Computer Society and other professional institutes. He also holds bachelor degrees and master degrees in mathematics, computer science, e-commerce, project management, business administration, quantitative analysis and computational mathematics.

Thomas Lee is a Chartered Land Surveyor and the Managing Director of Star Vision Ltd., a professional geographic information system and land surveying consultancy firm specializing in hi-tech topographic surveying, digital photogrammetry, and satellite image analysis in the Greater Bay Area. He is one of the representatives of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Land Surveying Division, promoting 3D UAS technology in China, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and Sri Lanka under the Belt and Road initiative funded by the government under the Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme (PASS).

Peter S.K. Wu is an architect in Australia with a distinction in Bachelor and Master of Architecture from RMIT University, Melbourne. He has extensive experience in the design and delivery of medium-large scale residential and commercial architecture. He employs the next generation technology to enhance architectural experience and performance beyond the notion of analogue architecture. He has practiced Architecture in an Australian nationwide studio with projects of construction values totaling over $3 Billion AUD in Australia. One of his leading projects is the West Side place – a mixed used development including the 5-star Ritz Carlton hotel.

Annie Cheng graduated from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. She acquired professional knowledge in mechanical engineering and gained some experience in software programming during her study. Upon graduation, she started her work with BIM in A.C.I.D Hong Kong providing BIM consultancy services to various clients and projects. Annie is a professional member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling.

David Fung is a Registered Architect with over 26 years of architectural experience in Australia and Hong Kong. He has been using BIM for 21 years, applying this technology to building design, documentation and co-ordination, construction and facility management. David is the immediate past Chairman of HKIBIM, promoting BIM in Hong Kong and was the winner of the 2007 Autodesk International Revit Experience Award and 2014 HK BIMer Excellence Awards organized by the Construction Industry Council. He has extensive experience in BIM teaching, BIM implementation and establishing BIM standards. He is a member of China BIM Expert Committee for International BIM Standard for ISO/TC59/SC13 and TC10/SC8. He is the Managing Director of A.C.I.D. (Hong Kong), which was awarded the UK BSI Level 2 BIM standard certification in 2018, the only BIM consultant firm in Hong Kong that has received this certification.
