Raymond Wong was graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and other overseas Universities, holding Master Degrees both in Law and in Business Administration, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration as well as a Graduate Diploma in Insurance respectively. He qualifies as Fellow of Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. Since June, 2012, he has been appointed to be the member of her Hong Kong Advisory Board. And, he is also elected to be Executive Member and sub-committee Chairman (Education and I.T.) of Hong Kong Society of Certified Insurance Practitioners.

He has over 25 years of practical experience in general insurance, and has worked in various capacities like strategic planning, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, product development, technical training, legal compliance and information technology in a number of leading composite insurers and insurance broking organizations, both in Hong Kong and China. At present, he is the Director of loss adjusting firm specialized in loss recovery.

He is also the Program Director and Principal Lecturer of various insurance academies focused on CPD courses for insurance intermediary, and very often the guest speaker for the seminars/workshops as arranged by insurance associations for the topics covering general insurance, agency law, tort law, insurance law and risk management.
